Question 1

How do I get a shipping quote?

Accepted Answer

Fill in our four-step quote form. You'll get a reference number immediately, and our team replies within 24 hours with a quotation for your shipment.

Question 2

Why don't you publish prices?

Accepted Answer

Freight costs change with the route, season, volume, cargo type and the services you need. Rather than show numbers that may not apply to you, we prepare a quotation for your specific shipment.

Question 3

What is the difference between FCL and LCL?

Accepted Answer

FCL (Full Container Load) means you book a whole container for your goods. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares a container with other shipments and you pay for the space you use. LCL usually suits smaller volumes; FCL becomes more economical as volume grows.

Question 4

What is CBM and how do I calculate it?

Accepted Answer

CBM means cubic metres — length × width × height of each carton in metres, multiplied by the number of cartons. Our volume calculator does this for you and shows which container size may fit.

Question 5
